Lessons From the Geese
As each bird flaps its wings it creates an “uplift” for the bird following. In a “v” formation the whole flock adds 71% more flying range than if each bird flew alone.
LESSONS
People who share a common direction and sense of community can get where they are going quicker and easier because they are traveling on the thrust of one another.
When the lead goose gets tired, it rotates back into formation and another goose flies at the point position.
LESSONS
If we have much sense as a goose, we would take turns doing the hard tasks, and sharing leadership … with people, as with geese, interdependent with each other.
When a goose gets sick or wounded or shot down, two geese drop out of formation and follow their fellow member down to help and provide protection. They stay with this member of the flock until he or she is either about to fly again or dies. Then they launch out on their own, with another formation or to catch up with their own flock.
LESSONS
If we have as much sense as the geese, we’ll stand by each other like that.
Whenever a goose falls out of formation, it suddenly feels the drag and resistance of trying to fly alone, and quickly gets back into formation to take advantage of the “lifting power” of the birds immediately in front.
LESSONS
If we have as much sense as a goose, we will join in formations with those who are headed where we want to go and they will give us “uplift”.
The geese in formation honk from behind to encourage whose up front to keep up their speed.
LESSONS
We need to make sure our honking form behind is encouraging … not something less helpful.

Flexibility and Scalability
Our team is flexible-working anywhere, anytime. Our team is quickly and infinitely scalable-your account team can expand on demand, as needed. We work with clients on projects as well as long-term commitments. We don’t sell a template program; we work with you to identify what components are right for your company at its current lifecycle.
Senior Level Counsel
Krueger PR employs only senior-level PR pros – with an average 10 to 15 or more years of experience – who work across the board on client accounts. This results in a greater amount of strategic guidance and valuable execution at every level of the account. Your account will never be lost in the shuffle or left in junior hands. There are no big agency roadblocks or politics here, so working with us is easy and fun.
Quality and Innovation
Traditional PR firms are typically structured as a hierarchy with talented communications professionals quickly moving up the ranks, only to manage politics, staff and budgets. We leverage our expertise at every level to ensure the core of our business: our clients’ success.
